  • Constellation: a new psychological thriller series created by Peter Harness. Starring in the series is an ensemble cast which includes Noomi Rapace, Jonathan Banks, James D’Arcy, Barbara Sukowa, Carole Weyers, and Rebecca Scroggs. We follow Jo, a woman who has returned to Earth upon a disaster during her mission. Back on Earth, she finds parts of her life seemingly missing. The series is premiering on Apple TV+ on February 21 with its first three episodes.
  • Ripley: a new  psychological thriller series based on Patricia Highsmith’s 1955 crime novel The Talented Mr. Ripley. Starring Andrew Scott as Tom Ripley, Johnny Flynn as Dickie Greenleaf and Dakota Fanning as Marge Sherwood, the eight-episode limited series was created, written and directed by Steven Zaillian. Set in 1960s New York, we follow Tom Ripley who is hired by a wealthy man to convince his wayward son to return home from Italy. But Tom’s introduction to Dickie Greenleaf’s leisurely life abroad is the first step into a complex life of deceit, fraud and murder. Ripley is releasing on Netflix on April 4.
  • Avatar: The Last Airbender: the upcoming adventure fantasy series which is a live-action adaptation of the animated series of the same name (2005–2008). Albert Kim is the showrunner, with an ensemble cast including Gordon Cormier, Dallas Liu, Kiawentiio, Ian Ousley, Paul Sun-Hyung Lee, Elizabeth Yu and Daniel Dae Kim. The series is set in a war-torn world inspired by Asian and Indigenous American culture where certain people can bend one of the four classical elements – water, earth, fire or air. Gordon Cormier plays the lead role of Aang, a free-spirited and peaceful twelve-year-old airbender who was frozen in ice for a hundred years. When he wakes up, all the other airbenders have been wiped out by the Fire Nation and he is sent on a quest to end the war and become the figurehead of balance and harmony for the world as the Avatar. With his new companions Katara and Sokka, Aang sets out to master the four elements while pursued by Zuko, the exiled crown prince of the Fire Nation, who seeks to regain his honor by capturing him. The series is releasing on Netflix on February 22.
  • Road House: a new action film directed by Doug Liman, from a screenplay by Anthony Bagarozzi and Chuck Mondry. It serves as a remake of the 1989 film of the same name. The film stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Daniela Melchior, Conor McGregor, and Billy Magnussen. Joel Silver produces the film, as he did with the original. It follows Elwood Dalton, an ex-UFC middleweight fighter who ends up working at a roadhouse in the Florida Keys where things are not as they seem. Road House is releasing on Prime Video on March 21.
  • Mea Culpa: an upcoming legal thriller film written and directed by Tyler Perry. The film stars Kelly Rowland as a criminal defense attorney, who takes the case of an artist, played by Trevante Rhodes, who is accused of murdering his girlfriend. The film also stars Sean Sagar, Nick Sagar, RonReaco Lee, Shannon Thornton and Angela Robinson. The film is releasing on Netflix on February 23.
  • Tuesday: a new fantasy drama film written and directed by Daina O. Pusic in her feature directorial debut. A co-production between A24, the BFI and BBC Film, it stars Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Lola Petticrew as a mother and daughter, as well as Arinzé Kene as the voice of Death which arrives in the form of an astonishing talking bird. The film had its world premiere at the 50th Telluride Film Festival last year and is releasing in theatres soon.
  • Immaculate: a new psychological horror film directed by Michael Mohan and written by Andrew Lobel. It stars Sydney Sweeney, Álvaro Morte, Benedetta Porcaroli, Dora Romano, Giorgio Colangeli and Simona Tabasco. We follow a devoutly religious woman named Cecilia who is offered a role at an illustrious convent in the Italian countryside. Her seemingly picture-perfect new home is soon revealed to hold horrifying secrets. The film is releasing in theatres on March 22.
