- Novocaine: a new action comedy film directed by Dan Berk and Robert Olsen and written by Lars Jacobson. The film stars Jack Quaid, Amber Midthunder, Ray Nicholson, Jacob Batalon, Betty Gabriel, and Matt Walsh. It follows Nathan Caine, a bank executive with the inability to feel pain who goes out to rescue his coworker after she is taken hostage by a group of bank robbers. Novocaine was released in theatres in several countries like the US and Canada on March 14, and is releasing in even more countries like Belgium, the Netherlands next week.
- Opus: a new thriller horror film written and directed by Mark Anthony Green in his feature directorial debut. It stars Ayo Edebiri, John Malkovich, Juliette Lewis, Murray Bartlett, Amber Midthunder, Young Mazino, Stephanie Suganami, and Tatanka Means. The film features original music written by Nile Rodgers and The-Dream. It follows a writer who travels to the compound of a pop icon who disappeared years ago. Surrounded by his cult of sycophants, as well as a group of fellow journalists, she soon discovers his twisted plans for the gathering. Opus premiered at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year, and was released in theatres in the US and Canada on March 14, and is releasing in more countries later this month.
- The Wheel of Time Season 3: the third season of the fantasy series developed by Rafe Judkins. The series is based on the book series of the same name by Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson. It features an ensemble cast led by Rosamund Pike, who plays the role of Moiraine Damodred, a member of the Aes Sedai, a powerful organization of women who can channel the One Power. In the series she seeks a group of five young people from the secluded village of Emond’s Field in the Two Rivers, believing one of them is the reincarnation of the Dragon, an extremely powerful male channeller responsible for the Breaking of the World. The Dragon Reborn is prophesied to either save the world from a primordial evil known as the Dark One or break it once more. The first season premiered in 2021 and the second one in 2023. Now the third season premiered on Prime Video on March 13 with the three first episodes. The rest of the episodes are being released weekly.
- Black Bag: a new spy thriller film directed by Steven Soderbergh and written by David Koepp. The film stars Cate Blanchett, Michael Fassbender, Marisa Abela, Tom Burke, Naomie Harris, Regé-Jean Page, and Pierce Brosnan. It follows intelligence agent Kathryn St. Jean, who is suspected of committing treason. Her husband, intelligence agent George Woodhouse, is assigned to investigate her. He faces the ultimate test, faithfulness to his marriage or loyalty to his country. Black Bag was released in theatres on March 14.
- The Electric State: a new science fiction adventure comedy film directed by Anthony and Joe Russo from a screenplay by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, loosely based on the 2018 illustrated novel of the same name by Simon Stålenhag. The film stars Millie Bobby Brown and Chris Pratt, alongside Ke Huy Quan, Jason Alexander, Woody Harrelson, Anthony Mackie, Brian Cox, Jenny Slate, Giancarlo Esposito and Stanley Tucci. Plans for a film adaptation for the graphic novel were announced in 2017, with Andy Muschietti. The Russo brothers later signed on to direct the film in December 2020. With a reported budget of $320 million, it is one of the most expensive films ever made. The Electric State had its world premiere on February 24 in Los Angeles, and was released on Netflix on March 14.
- Dope Thief: a new crime drama miniseries created by Peter Craig, based on the 2009 novel by Dennis Tafoya. It stars Brian Tyree Henry, Wagner Moura, Marin Ireland, Kate Mulgrew, Amir Arison, Ving Rhames, Dustin Nguyen, Nesta Cooper, Kaci Walfall, and Kiều Chinh. The series follows two Philadelphia friends who pose as DEA agents to rob a house. They face the consequences of their actions when it turns out they robbed a large narcotics operation. Dope Thief premiered on Apple TV+ on March 14 with the two first episodes. The rest of the episodes are being released weekly.

- The Parenting: a new comedy horror film directed by Craig Johnson and written by Kent Sublette. It stars Nik Dodani, Brandon Flynn, Parker Posey, Vivian Bang, Lisa Kudrow, Dean Norris, Brian Cox, and Edie Falco. The film follows a young gay couple, Rohan and Josh, who host a weekend getaway with their respective parents in a country house rental. Things take a turn when the three couples discover the presence of a 400-year-old evil entity. The Parenting premiered on Max on March 13.
